NRK Rubbel is a social network for youth in the county of Møre and Romsdal in Norway. NRK is the largest broadcaster in Norway. While so many web communities go global, NRK wants to find out if it is possible to make an online social network work in a small local community. Interested? Rubbel is administrated and developed by NRK Møre og Romsdal in cooperation with the technology and developement-department in NRK. The technical solution was developed by Henrik Lied.
